Installing Write control Kunena

Installing Write control Kunena was created by mat24
Hello ,
i am actually under joomla 1.5.23 with kunena 1.7.2
I modify the xml file of the plugin in order to make it installable under joomla (replacing <extension .... by <install)
the installation works fine and i can activate plugin in the joomla plugin section , after that nothing happen ?
i cannot find any options from this plug in categories ???

somethings wrong for me ?

any help ?
