Insert SIGE button doesn't work in the Categories and DPCalendar editor

Insert SIGE button doesn't work in the Categories and DPCalendar editor was created by AlainR
The SIGE button does not work in the Categories and DPCalendar editor, both with TinyMCE and JCE.
In fact, the SIGE button opens the drop-down menu to choose the folder but the Insert button does not work while it is working in an article.
The Firefox developer tool displays the following error:
