Help to setup an gallery

Hi, I just love this plugin but I have one problem...

I don't get the image to appear as in the demo galleries, hard to explain but look at my test gallery at:
www.thazz.se/stall_bk/index.php?option=c...atest-news&Itemid=50

And then on the demo gallery at:
joomla15.kubik-rubik.eu/simple-image-gallery-extended

Click one picture in my gallery and then one in the demo gallery and you will see the differences...
