SIGE 2.5, popup only works when logged in as admin was created by Skotte

Hi

I recently installed the 2.5 plugin on a yootheme template, and it used to work fine. But all of a sudden now the popup function only works when I am logged in as ad min from the frontend?
Non logged in users will see the thumbnails, but nothing happens when the thumbnail is clicked?

Any ideas?
