ALT tag after image link was created by denttransformer

Hello;

I really need some help support with SEOFLI as i have installed it and been trying for 4 days to add alt image tags but it always adds the tag at the end of the html code. Example : <img src="/images/featured/cars/page4-img3.jpg" alt=""> , why is this happening. Am I missing something in setup.
