Wrong setup was created by mauriziomomix

Hello,
I just installed the IDSJ and... I did some setup error.
So now I can't access my website both on the backend and frontend.

Your access to this website is blocked! Intrusion attempts detected. The execution of the application has been stopped.

Where can I restore/disable it in the database?
