Minify CSS error

hi viktor, i'm optimising my website and saw no documentation about that feature, its minify css, tooltip say to enable debug to know what put in exclusion in exclude CSS file but i saw nothing
so i'll tried with the name of the css file, then the complete lign of the css i get in gtmetrix but the display is broken.
