PageSpeed Insights show replaced <h4> and source code not show was created by cladellas
Hi, I'm using EOR to replace all <h4> with <div>. If I look at the source code in the browser, it doesn't show any <h4>, show DIVs replaced,

but in PageSpeed Insights show <h4>:

pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-cla...l?form_factor=mobile

Header elements don't appear in descending sequential order
