Collect URL funktioniert nicht

Moin Moin,
ich habe ein kleines Problem: Ich habe eine Seite neu aufgesetzt, und dort das Plugin installiert. Installiert hatte ich es vorher unter einer temporären Server URL, und dort auch getestet. Alles chick.
Jetzt habe ich heute die Domain registriert, und wollte dort wieder Collect URL ausführen. Es öffnet sich für 1 Sekunde das Modal Fenster und geht sofort wieder zu.
Ich habe also keine Möglichkeit, die URL zu sammeln?
Gibts da einen Trick? Oder muss ich das Plugin unter der richtigen Domain einmal deinstallieren und wieder installieren?
Ein einfaches nochmal installieren hatte keinen Erfolg.
