Cannot create backup at greenvillehigh1966.com

I setup a Joomla site for my high school class Reunion Committee. There are a lot of photos in this site. I have attempted to "exclude" the photos directory. Now when I run a manual backup in this component, I get this error:

Error! Backup file and entry could not be created. Logged error: View 'greenville_j336_ghs66.#__xtdir_promocategories_usergroup_view' references invalid table(s) or column(s) or function(s) or definer/invoker of view lack rights to use them

It is a permission error but the message does not tell where or what permissions need to be changed.

The excluded directory is images/phocagallery/gallery.
