Hello,
I have a Pro Subscription but I'm using the free version of EJB on a website where I'm facing one problem since the backup doesn't start.

The process stands on the root phase for several minutes and I need to stop it with the page refresh.

The PHP version is the 7.4.11

Can you please tell me some opinion/advice about possible solutions?
