Error installing update

Hi Viktor:

I am having trouble installing the update. I tried the both through the checking off Easy Joomla Backup and then clicking update button got an error. I tried to upload a screenshot here but nothing happens when I click the attachments button so the error is as follows:

Then I tried uploading the update and that failed too.

Error installing component

I checked my configuration file and it seems correct (after updating it from the client's old domain). My Joomla is up to date. So I'm stumped.

Not sure what else to check.
