Get error when trying to download the backup

I was able to successfully create a backup file.
However when I clicked to download the file, I got an error - see screenshot.

I tried the same process on another site (hosted on same server) and it worked perfectly.

I uninstalled and then re-installed easy joomla backup too.
PHP Zip extension is activated. Database type is MySQLi. Session handler is set to PHP.
Easy Joomla Backup Pro plugin is enabled.

I cannot seem to upload an image even though it's under the size requirement so you can see my screenshot. So here's the error code (blanked out web address):
