Hi
I am using JMedia from Themexpert in conjunction with the quix pro page builder, I've bought the pro subscription to enable EIR to work but when I upload it does nothing to the file? Please can you tell me how can I get this working?

Joomla 3.10.8, php 7.4, jmedia Pro, Quix Pro.
