Fehler beim Update

Hi,

leider funktioniert der automatische Updater nicht. Auf keys.de
Fehlermeldung / Hinweis: Pro Update ID not set. You cannot download this extension without a valid Update ID! More information:  Pro Subscription Information

Laut Subsriptions habe ich aber eine gültige ID. Es funktioniert weder die Haupt-ID noch die untergeordnete ID.

Zugang zur Website ist eingerichtet, die Kennung ist wie beim letzten Mal.
