Frontend editing > What is the save form action?

We are using CacheCleaner from RegularLabs, we also have page cache enabled. When we work in EFSEO on the frontend, changes to Meta do not appear right away.
Instead of manually clearing cache, we'd like to us CacheCleaner's auto cache clean. It is already set to empty cache on 'save' and 'apply' actions.
My question is, does EFSEO use another task name to save on frontend updates?
