Nothing at the frontend was created by pheadra

Hello,

I've installed the plugin easy frontend seo, and I've activated it. But I see nothing when I'm going to the frontend (while I'm logged in into the joomla admin). I've added my user ID for allowed users.

Can you tell me what I have to do to make it work?
