Global Password issue. Doesn't remember me

Global Password issue. Doesn't remember me was created by doguz
After typing in the global password, I gain access to the site, but whenever I return to the home page it asks for the global password again.
Have I set it up wrong.

Joomla 4.4.10
ECR 4.3.1.1
