How to unblock an access to this website is blocked?

Hi!
I test the plugin because a user gets stuck in front of the captcha (probably the hidden field) and by testing I get stuck with the message:

Your access to this website is blocked! The execution of the application has been stopped.

How to unlock because even my admin access displays the same message!
