ECC+ Recaptcha after Joomla Update

Dear Team,

First of all, thank you for your extension. It works well, even if I had an issue that I fixed, but I don't know how .
I installed the ECC+ configuring google Recaptcha for users at login. Unfortunately, when I upgraded my joomla site from Joomla! 3.9.13 to Joomla! 3.9.14, the login stopped working. I tried to delete cache, create new Keys, etc, but ... noting. "Calc Check" worked, but captcha not. Maybe, I removed the extension, deleted the cache and reinstall it again, and then it worked, but I'm not sure it's the correct process to do.
Anyway, my question is: What should I do, after Joomla upgrade?
