Using EasyCalcCheck+ with Fox Contact Form

Using EasyCalcCheck+ with Fox Contact Form was created by margknox
I wish to use ECC+ with Fox Contact. I purchased Fox because it was listed as one that ECC+ can use. I have turned on Fox in the ECC+ dashboard, but it doesn't show in Fox. How do I get them to work together?
I did find a mention in the forum, but it was in German and difficult for me to follow.
