No Login Posible

I probably overprotected my site after continuing attacks from spambots
I set a Site-key, a Secret-key and a backend token.
The last one I ended with the & sign which was probably a stupid idea,
because I now find myself unable to login to the backend
I know I also put in a security question, (and I know the answer of course)
How can I acces the site?
