Schwerwiegender Fehler Virtuemart Popup

ECC+ ist intalliert für Calc check ohne reCaptcha. Im VirtueMart "ask a question about this product" oder "Stellen Sie eine Frage zu diesem Produkt" kommt ein Popup mit Felder für Kontaktdaten, mit einem Box für die Frage und ECC+ Calc Check, alles soweit normal. Bei korrekter Eingabe des Calc Checks kommt im Popup fehlerhaft eine Abbildung der hinterliegenden Broser-View (siehe Anhang), die Mail ist nicht abgeschickt worden und es gibt auch keine Rückmeldung.

Beim Schließen des Popups und erneutes klicken auf "ask a question about this product" kommt dere ursprünglige Popup plus der Meldung "Spamprüfung nicht gelöst! Bitte probieren Sie es erneut." und mit der vorher eingegebenen Daten vorgeblendet (vorblendung ist eingestellt) und Calc Check eingabebereit. Bei erneuten Eingabe der Calc Check funktionert alles wie es soll, es kommt im Popup eine Bestätigung und die Mail wird abgeschickt.
