Emails Not Coming Through was created by newscope

I just ran test and emails are not coming through.

When I submit via contact form, no success band comes up. The only thing that I have changed recently is that I disable Editor - TinyMCE, which was removing code that I needed. Any idea what I have done wrong?

I have EasyCalcCheck Plus on another website and it works find but Editor - TinyMCE is enabled.
