Apologies - silly error on my part! Plugin working fine. Just in case there is anyone else as dim, having turned OFF the arithmetic calc check in favour of the self-defined question I had not actually set the self-defined question to YES! Result? The plugin did not appear on the login etc forms. But now it does. Thanks for a nice simple spam solution.
