Captcha is not showing on 'Ask a question about this prod... was created by ramki

I am using ECC+ Captcha for my website.

Captcha is not displaying on 'Ask a question about this product' page, but displaying on all other pages.

The issue might be 'Template Override' issue. You can understand by seeing the screenshot.

The 'cpatcha' is not displaying on that page, but when I click on 'Send' button after filling the details, 'You failed the spam check. Please try again!' message is displaying.

Could somebody help me, Is there any solution (any hacks) to overcome with this issue?
