ECC+ Plugin is not working properly in CB registration

ECC+ Plugin is not working properly in CB registration was created by ramya
I am using ECC+ plugin in CB registration form in joomla 1.7.After filling up the form,I have clicked on the register button.The error is coming "You have failed the spam check" all the time.How to rectify this error? Have to change any settings?
