Error sending email

Error sending email was created by oliska76
Hello, i've setup the component to send notification to super admin when a new entry is entered. But i got this error message:Could not instantiate mail function.
Sending mail is set to "PHP Mail" and other mail from the website are sent (contact form, registration, etc... all email are sent without problems). Only mails sent by this component throw the error.

System informations:

- Joomla 4.4.2
- Easybook Version 4.2.1.0-PRO
- PHP 8.1.22
