How to change "sign guestbook" text in Easybook Reloaded?

Hi,

This is my first attempt at building a website. I am new to Joomla! and to all its extensions. I have Joomla! 2.5.4. I have just loaded Easybook Reloaded for Joomla! 2.5.

Other info that may or may not be important for you to know: I use Firefox for my browser and FileZilla for my FTP software. When I access Easybook Reloaded, it is through the Components menu.

As I am new to ALL of this (website building, Joomla!, and Easybook Reloaded), please "dummie-down" your response.

My questions are:
1. Is it possible to change the text from "Sign Guestbook" to "Register"? If yes, how would I do that?
2. Is it possible to use Easybook Reloaded for two different "books" on the same website? (One for registration that would use the text "Register" and one for "Comments" that would be a regular guestbook.)
