Kommentarfunktion - Comment function

Ab sofort werden Kommentare nicht automatisch freigegeben. Alle Supportanfragen werden einfach gelöscht!

Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung und einem eindeutigen Hinweis, dass Support nur im Forum geleistet wird, wurde fast täglich in den Kommentaren nach Support gefragt.

Ist es so schwierig, sich kurz anzumelden und das Problem anständig zu schildern? Ich nehme mir auch die Zeit, eure Probleme zu lesen und zu lösen!

Despite several reminders and a clear indication that support is only provided in the support forum, I was asked almost daily in the comments for support.

Is it so difficult to register and describe the problem properly in the forum? I also take the time to read and solve your problems!
