Upgrading from Joomla 4 to 5

Hi Viktor,

I currently have AIB Pro for Joomla 4. I want to upgrade my site from 4.4.9 to 5.2.0, but AIB is flagged by Joomla as a "potential upgrade issue" what is the best way?

1. Disable AIB Pro J4 / Upgrade Joomla / Install AIB Pro J5
2. Uninstall AIB Pro J4 / Upgrade Joomla / Install AIB Pro J5
3. Something else?

Also, if I have to uninstall AIB, is there a way to export the user data so it can be easily imported back into J5?
