Can't see "Author Info Box Profile Data" on J3

Can't see "Author Info Box Profile Data" on J3 was created by Hayatt
Hello,
As you can see, on Joomla4 I can add the author bio and photo by editing the user and going to "Author Info Box Profile Data".


But on Joomla3, I'cant see that option:

The last tab "Author Options" is from Author List, not AIB.

Where can I enter the author details?
