Captions not displayed correctly was created by katapult

I have created gallery with captions on, some photos have titles displayed on mouseover&lightbox, some haven´t
and some photos have duplicate captions.
I´ve put titles in those pictures simply in windows by editing file properties. Also tried some freeware
IPTC/EXIF -programs, but same problem exists.
This is very annoying, so please help me!
