Lightbox not working

Hey!
I'm sorry to say I can't get this to work properly.
What is the issue is the lightbox. Pressing a thumbnail, opens the image(s) random places and break the design. I think it might be a JS conflict?
Ive tried slimbox, lyteshow,lytebox and shadowbox, with and without the different JS files ticked. Nothing helps.
Using a yootheme template, and google maps plugin - and thats about it.
I recall trying this a few months back on the 1.5 as well (different site) - I believe I had the same issue then.
Attached is the slimbox error (the others are similar, but different placement).
