Cannot login to admin site with token

Hello,
I iinstalled your plugin and everything was working well but I also included a token. Now that I try to login to the backend, Im not able to. I dont understand german so I figure this is the right way to login to the backend:

www.mysite.com/administrator/index.php?token=my token

I just cant get to the login page, I get a

The requested URL /administrator/This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. was not found on this server.

Strangely, my email address shows in the browser, in the error message, instead of the token. What am I doing wrong? I have already clared cookies and cache in my browser but I still get the same message.

I really appreciate your help, otherwise, how can I uninstall if I dont have access to the backend? Would it be enough to delete the plugin folder or do I need to do something in the database as well?
