Cache problem

Cache problem was created by ozzz
When I enable the ECC plugin (with the cache plugin enabled) ECC doesnt work anymore (the numbers are not refreshed).
Is there a way to have cache enabled (preferably both the cache plugin and the general system settings cache) and have ECC working as well?
