Failed Spam Check

I have the Calc Check plugin installed and working on site. It functions fine when user places order and creates account, however if they proceed to a generic login prompt and use the forgot password link it returns

Failed SPam Check! Please try again.

There is no place to enter any capthca info or is it generate anywhere either.

When I turn off your plugin this does not happen anymore.

How can I get the spam check fields to be visible on the reset password area?
