Everybody can write to guestbook - why?

Everybody can write to guestbook - why? was created by djtacee
Hello!

I have installed the latest version in Joomla 1.5.23.
In config panel, I've set ADD ACL parameter to "registered" user group.
But in frontend the links shows anytime and everybody can write messages to guestbook. What is the problem?
I need that everybody can view messages, but only signed in users can write into guestbook. Is this possible?
