Time zone difference

Time zone difference was created by MJudge
The server that hosts my website is 2 timezones away from the users of my website. My Joomla 1.5 install is set to the server timezone as Joomla instructs and server messages are timestamped correctly. I would like to instruct EBR to timestamp submitted comments in the timezone we occupy. Is it possible to adjust EBR to a different time zone?
