All characters in editor are CAPITAL was created by mitch1130

Hello,

Can you explain if this is a normal feature that all characters are capital when i'm writing an message in EBR. Am i doing somthing wrong?
Is it an option inside EBR or is it an option in Joomla (1.7)? I'm very new to Joomla (and EBR).

PS. EBR is a very nice program. Thank you.
