1.7.2 doesn't spam check

I just tried updating to 1.7.2, and now the spam check doesn't work properly on the register form.

If I fail the spamcheck, I do not get redirected to the register form again, I get a message saying 'you have to be logged in to see your profile'.

I've gone back to 1.7.1, and that works fine, except that if I set the tick 'remember values' I get a strange register form where the login box appears in the middle of it.
