2CSB not loading Facebook / Twitter / G+

Hello!

We are using your superb 2CSB together with JCH Optimize and the 2CSB show up but, after clicking on it, it does not load the appropriate images.

Please have a look at out test environment test-5.lehrmittelperlen.net under any article. I am happy to provide super admin access if needed.

I suppose I have to exclude something on JCH but I cant figure out what this would be.
