Erfolglose Installation

Hallo Forum,

ich habe die Erweiterung VCNT 1.6.1 installiert, bekomme aber nach der aktivierung folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in ......./modules/mod_vcnt/helper.php on line 29"
und die Startseite ist nicht erreichbar!

Joomla 1.5.18 Legacy=off

Liegt es an meiner Jommla-Version? Hat jemand eine Idee woran es liegen kann?
