No Images In Given Directory

I've used this on another page on the same site and it works fine. But on one of the page it's showing the message below. The folder is correct and the image is in the folder so I'm not sure what's happening.

Warning: No images in given directory. Please check the directory!
Debug: given directory - www.mywebsite.com/images/stories/temp
