Thumbs zuschneiden was created by Ultima

Hallo,

wie kann man die Thumbs so zuschneiden lassen das sie alle die selbe Größe haben und nicht verzerrt werden?

Ein Beispiel:
Es sind 2 Grafiken:
Bild A: 200x300 px
Bild B: 300x200 px

Thumbs: 100x100 px

Beide Bilder müssen skaliert werden. Bild A muss links und rechts beschnitten werden, Bild B oben und unten.
