How to + Descriptive Title or name, not File Name?

How to + Descriptive Title or name, not File Name? was created by Lambert
How does one display a title name or + descriptive text in the pop-up image? I played around with some of the parameter settings in the SIGE 1.5-14 but I can't seem to find a solution.

Fireworks seem to strip out any IPTC info that was originally in the photoshop file but I did reload the 1st image in my gallery with a document title but that didn't seem to show.

Do I need to add an external text file?
