LLFJ doesn't exclude some images

Hello!

I have a technical issue and would like to ask you to help me. I have a component for comments, which displays also the avatars of users. If I enable a plugin LLFJ, the avatars doesn't appear. I tried excluding the avatars by adding a preffix thumb_ in the control panel, however it doesn't help. Could you please check the issue and tell me if it's possible to resolve the issue.
