I think the following will be nice to have:

A sample script on user choice to pre-populate the basic/all settings within a given extension, for example: ECR - Easy Content Restriction.
In this way, the user can install the extension, then, for example, import the SQL dump inside PhpMyAdmin & have the settings replica required to have a quick start. Additionally, an example can be included as per attachment.
