First Time User, not sure if I’m doing the right thing?

I use your extension on this web site (Joomla 3.4.1) —> www.monacouphene.ca/en/

This is a small site with not to much pages & bilingual. — Not to much new content and modification

My starting settings In the Advanced Tab was:
• Save data to content Table —> Yes
• Save data to menu Table —> Page Title, DEsc & Keyword
• Use relative URLs —> ON
• Collect URLs —> Yes
• Update URLs —> Yes

Also “ Activate Automatic Mode” was ON

After (I think) all my URL was collected

I turn OFF Activate Automatic Mode”
and
• Collect URLs —> NO

Question 1= My intention was to stop collecting URL and cleanup and work with the one collected — Is this right for the continuity of this site SEO ?


Question 2= What is the function of “Update URLs —> Yes” — I’m not sure?
