Hello,

I installed it on my website and i get a weird layout.
All the fields are put in the description input field.

I have a screenshot to show it.

I installed it on a other site and no problem.

If i set the template to protostar i still have the same problem.

Can you help me to find the fix? and what do you need? admin and ftp?
